I was born an intuitive empath and recalled having psychic and metaphysical experiences from a young age. I remember seeing spirits and connecting with them. I recall feeling the multidimensionality of life from a very young age and often experiencing very synchronistic events. Certain members of my lineage have similar gifts. I struggled with extreme sensitivity and to feel safe expressing myself authentically and my abilities in my everyday reality and often compensated for my truth, which led to 20-plus years of deep pain, frustration, and living in discomfort emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I recall having digestive issues and chronic inflammation in my body from all I held and not knowing how to deal with my gifts. I saw multiple doctors and specialists, and they couldn't find the root of this physical digestive discomfort I was constantly experiencing. I struggled to deal with previous traumas and went further into a downward spiral with unhealthy coping skills and relationships. It wasn't until 2014, on my 22nd birthday, that my gifts began to activate strongly. I had a compelling experience where I was humbly brought to my knees in tears feeling surrounded by an angelic presence telling me I had no time to waste. God was calling me into my mission, and I needed to begin traveling around the world to pick up many missing pieces of my soul; from that moment, I decided to follow my path and face my demons head-on little by little. I was invited to Southeast Asia and volunteered at a mindful Buddhist recovery center and farm. From there, my path took off, and I was blessed to meet different mentors from around the world in the small village of Pai, Thailand. My mentors assisted me in my meditation practices, activating shamanic abilities, ancestral reconnection, and community building. During this time, I, many elders, and friends from around the world created the Star Seeds of Pai, a healing center where different modalities from around the world were offered and open to the public while encouraging individuals to tune into their star-seeded soul origins. I then began studying other forms of healing, shamanism, and herbal medicine with various teachers in different parts of the U.S., and Central and South America. After a few years of traveling education, I relocated to Maui to study Quantum energy work, energetic parasite removal, psychic training, and Spiritual Counseling. I have spent time working with Animals alike throughout my life and on different pieces of land farming. I have been the caretaker for rescue horses at the Blue River Horse Rescue in Silverthorne, CO, and learned about equine therapy during that time. I have undergone Oracle training to further my psychic and metaphysical gifts and trained one-on-one with two other mentors to fine-tune specific abilities and expand my knowledge of Inner child healing and timeline repair.

I am currently in school at The Boulder Massage Therapy Institute and furthering my studies in Womb healing, Inner feminine/masculine alchemy, and Christed architecture. I hold great reverence for all of my mentors and their impact on my life.  Some of my work is done remotely and some in person. Energy is not limited to just one space and time. Working directly with god-given organic architecture/blueprints, ancestral lineage, and the energetic grids of the Earth and stars is of the utmost importance to me when in session and with my mission. My goal is to help you remember, strengthen, and activate the medicine you hold within alongside God/source.
